The staff were quick to check me in. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice for everyone.
My room was quite cold. The building exterior was covered in scaffolding. I parked in the multi-story car park opposite the hotel but could not find my way to the hotel entrance easily. Better signage would really help (it was surprisingly confusing!).

The location was fine. It was reasonably close to attractions.
My room was quite cold. Staff provided a space heater, but it only made the air stuffy. The carpet looked REALLY dirty and worn. I was left disappointed.

the room was super clean and spacious. it had a big tv. bathroom facilities included dove products. the strand road was visible from our king-size room.
the air conditioner didn't work as it should.

the room was quite cold, and the heating seemed ineffective. the noise from the pipes was excessive each time the toilet flushed. i felt these issues impacted the quality of my stay significantly.

The location was great. It was very close to nightlife and restaurants. My room included shower gel, hand wash, and shampoo in full bottles. The iron and ironing board were quite useful.
The toilets on the ground floor were not working. The breakfast supervisor seemed unhappy when asked to replenish items. Despite arranging a late check out in writing, I was disturbed multiple times while packing. (It was a bit frustrating)
